By accessing or using TenXGrowth's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

TenXGrowth provides digital agency services including:

• Web development and design
• Mobile application development
• Digital marketing and Meta Ads management
• AI automation solutions
• WhatsApp Cloud API integration
• CRM implementation and consulting

3. Client Responsibilities

3.1 Information Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information required for services.

3.2 Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you provide and grant us license to use it for service delivery.

3.3 Cooperation

You agree to cooperate with us and provide timely feedback, approvals, and necessary materials.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

Pricing is as quoted in proposals or on our website. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Payment Schedule

• Monthly packages: Billed at the beginning of each billing cycle
• One-time projects: Payment terms as specified in the project agreement
• Ad spend is billed separately and managed as per agreement

4.3 Late Payments

Late payments may result in service suspension and interest charges of 1.5% per month.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

5.1 Monthly Packages

You may cancel monthly packages with 30 days written notice. No refunds for partial months.

5.2 One-Time Projects

Refunds for one-time projects are considered on a case-by-case basis. Work completed prior to cancellation is non-refundable.

5.3 Money-Back Guarantee

Where applicable, our 30-day money-back guarantee is subject to terms specified in your service agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Deliverables

Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables. We retain the right to use project examples in our portfolio.

6.2 Pre-existing Materials

We retain ownership of pre-existing tools, templates, and methodologies used in service delivery.

7. Confidentiality

We agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during our engagement, except as required by law or with your permission.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

8.1 Service Quality

We warrant that services will be performed professionally and in accordance with industry standards.

8.2 No Guarantee of Results

While we strive for excellent results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as website traffic, ad performance, or revenue increases.

8.3 Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for third-party services, platforms, or their changes (e.g., Meta, Google, hosting providers).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TenXGrowth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold TenXGrowth harmless from any claims arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify clients of material changes via email or website notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
